Yes, VARVAR company ships orders worldwide, except for countries that do not accept parcels from abroad, countries unrecognized by the world community, territories where hostilities are being conducted, and hot spots.

What are the shipping options you offer?
We offer two options for worldwide shipping: a standard option and FedEx Express.
How long does shipping to the USA take and what is the cost?
Shipping to the USA takes between 7 to 15 days, and the shipping cost is $7.00.
What is the delivery time and cost for countries in the European Union?
Delivery to European Union countries is within 5-10 days. We ship to Europe via Landmark Global with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or via TNT. The shipping price for most countries in the European Union is $11.00.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a personal tracking number. You can use this number to track the location of your parcel at this link.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We typically require 2 to 5 working days to process and ship an order. If you've ordered a ring with engraving or jewelry with a precious and semi-precious stone, it will still be crafted and ready within this timeframe.

We can engrave 50 symbols on your ring for an additional cost of $ 14. You can do this on the page of the ring you have chosen. Not all rings can be engraved. It depends on the design of the ring. The engraving can be on the inside of the ring.

Yes, regular polishing will help to restore your creation close to its original condition. It is carried out entirely by hand by highly experienced polishers. A polishing service removes an extremely fine layer of metal; this is why jewels should be polished only when necessary.

Can I return the jewelry I purchased from VARVAR?
Yes, every customer of the VARVAR brand has the right to return the purchased jewelry and receive a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
Under what conditions can I return or exchange the product?
You can return or exchange the product if:
- The product hasn't been used and shows no signs of mechanical damage, such as scratches or traces of liquid.
- There are no noticeable changes due to contact with chemicals, cosmetics, or other substances.
- The product is complete, in its original packaging, with all labels and factory varnish intact.
- The product remains in a saleable condition and is safe to use.
- You cover the return shipping costs.
Are there any deductions from the refund amount?
Yes, the refund will exclude the costs for delivery, packaging, and operating costs, which amounts to 30% of the product's price.
In which cases will VARVAR deny an exchange?
The company will deny your exchange if:
- The product was custom-made or has a custom design.
- The product has personal engravings.
- The purchased item is accessorized with precious and semi-precious stones like amethyst, garnet, topaz, citrine, sapphire, ruby, emerald, or diamond.
How long does it take for VARVAR to process the refund?
VARVAR will process the refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned jewelry, after a quality control check by our jewelers.
What happens if my returned jewelry is found to be non-exchangeable?
If the jewelry is deemed non-exchangeable after inspection, we will return it to the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
How can I track the status of my returned item?
As soon as the parcel with the returned accessory is dispatched, you can track it using a special tracking number provided by the carrier. You can check the shipment status on our designated tracking page.
